Terms of Sale
Shipping
U.S. only. All animals will be shipped by ShipYourReptiles overnight express. We ship Monday through Wednesday for next day delivery. The buyer must be at home to receive the package or have the package shipped to a FedEx holding facility for pick up. The buyer must contact us within 2 hours of receiving the package to let us know that the package has arrived on time and healthy. However should there be a problem with the shipment (DOA) all animals must be returned and we will reimburse the cost of the animal.
Animal Guarantee
We guarantee all animals to arrive in good health. We must be notified within 24 hours if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase so that a replacement, or credit for future offspring can be arranged.
You must be there to sign for the package on the FIRST delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee will be void. We are not responsible for any carrier delays, mishaps or mistakes. Note: The live arrival guarantee is void if you provided us with incorrect shipping information. Please carefully provide your complete shipping information and a time you will be able to receive the package.
Deposits
We require a 25% deposit to hold any animal(s). ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Do not send a deposit if you do not plan to buy the animal.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available at our discretion. Once a payment plan has been made the animal will be considered sold. Animals will be fed and maintained as usual at no charge to the customer. If for whatever reason the customer cannot complete the payment plan as agreed all monies will be refunded except the 25% deposit and any fees occurred related to payment source (i.e. PayPal 2.9%). Most payment plans must be paid in full within 90 days. Animals will not be shipped until final payment is received.
Laws
It is your responsibility to know your local, state and/or federal laws. No hognose snakes will be sold or shipped to the state of Colorado. Illinois customers must have a state permit.
No Returns or Cash Refunds. All sales are final.
