I have been doing reptiles for over 20 years. Mostly doing ball pythons but doing some boas as well. Love Iguanas and breed some rare spinytails too.Will be going into milksnakes very soon as well.

Store Policy
If you have any questions, I prefer phone calls over texting. Matt @ 440 749 9173. I guarantee the animals to be healthy, correctly sexed, feeding on live prey. I do not feed frozen. Pairing are always available if asked so you can get your own opinion before purchasing the snake. All snakes are captive born and produced by myself unless otherwise noted.
I accept PayPal. I do have square and can take credit cards over phone if you pay the 4% fees. Animal will not ship until payment is cleared. When paying with Pay Pal please be sure that the correct shipping address is on your account or if paying without an account that you provide the correct shipping address on the payment form. I ship to the address on the Pay Pal payment and are not responsible if that is not the correct address. I can ship to address other than what is on your Pay Pal payment if told to either in an email or text. Payment plans are case by case bases. Shipping is no more then $70. All animals are guaranteed healthy and sexed properly. Problems with anything, I must be notified in 24 hours of receiving the animal. If there is a problem, after the animal is back in my hands, cash or credit will be issued on a case by case bases. Animals can only be returned if the animal is sick and unhealthy. Not because you don't like its color or temperment Ect. Ect. If these are that important to you, please buy from a show where you can look the animal over to your specific needs. Pictures will only show so much about the animal and only take photos with my crappy cell phone for easy uploading of photos. I do my best. If you change your mind before animal is shipped and animal is paid in full, only a 50% refund will be issued. If Animal need to be returned for any reason, it must be returned and in my hands within 3 days in the same condition as it was received. 50% restock and for Requarantine fee apply for returned animal. Cost of animal minus the 50% fee will be refunded or credited only. Shipping will also be your loss.
All of our live animal orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Next-Day Air. To most areas, this shipping method guarantees delivery by 10:30am. However, some areas have a guaranteed delivery time of 12:00 noon or by the end of the day. For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 40-90ºF on both ends and somebody must be there to sign for our live arrival guarantee. If the animal is DOA, the customer must notify us of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time UPS provides online of the delivery. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
