Simply put; this is a family effort. We at Modern Reptile have put our efforts towards breeding quality reptiles. We work with multiple high end Ball Python mutations, different lines of Blue Tongued Skinks, and a curated selection of turtles and tortoises. Of course, more species are to come!

Store Policy
Orders must be paid in full before shipping. FEDEX PICKUP IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED!
Animals held for pickup must be picked up the day they arrived to the FedEx Hub. Shipping days are Monday - Wednesday. Arrival days are Tuesdays - Thursdays as the reptiles ship PRIORITY OVERNIGHT.
We offer Live Arrival Guarantees, 7-Day Health Gaurantees, Genetic Gaurantees, and Sex Gaurantees! Any Dead On Arrival (Though VERY rare) claims must be accompanied with pictures of the deceased animals, the packaging and its contents. Any claims regarding an animal that becomes deceased within the 7-Day Health Guarantee must be accompanied with pictures of the deceased animal, pictures of the enclosure, and accurate temperature and humidity readings. Lastly, any claims regarding our Sex Guarantee must be accompanied with pictures of hemipenes (for males), pictures of probed animals, or any other proof. Modern Reptile has a no refund policy on orders that have not been shipped. All sales are FINAL. Refunds are only given on animals that are Dead On Arrival. All claims must be compliant with our Terms Of Service and Live Arrival Guarantee. Our animals are being raised by us, we trust their health prior to shipping. This is not your average big chain, we are a small business that knows each and every animal that comes in and out of our doors like the back of our hand.

Wholesale Policy
There is no order minimum by dollar amount. However, there is an order minimum of 5 animals (per species). Regular shipping rates apply, you may supply your own label if needed.
