About
Voodoo Critters is a small family kept hobby where all our critters are pets first. My 2 little girls, baby boy and myself are all animal nuts and love what we do with a real passion. We keep all our reptiles in full bio setups where ever possible, making sure they are as happy as they can be. Any babies we produce are quality over quantity, only breeding healthy animials that are fit and ready to breed. We won't sell any of our animals until they can be guaranteed fit and healthy.
Store Policy
Payment
We accept full payment via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash upon collection. We will also accept a 30% non refundable deposit to hold a gecko and can offer a 60 day payment plan depending on the price of the animal. Longer plans may be negotiated.
We accept the use of Couriers for collection of the animals but please discuss with us before booking as there is one courier we wont use for care reasons. Full payment must have been received before your gecko will be released to the courier.
You can also collect your gecko in person, or I can meet you at my local train station.
Refunds
After its paid the deposit is non refundable. Any other amount paid on the gecko will be refunded up until the point the gecko is paid in full. After that point there will be no refunds should you change your mind. Any refunds that are given will be in the form of credit towards something else that I sell.
Damage/death
All geckos will be thoroughly checked before departure for any injuries or any signs of illness to make sure they are in top health to travel. Should any damage occur to your gecko once it had left my hands, for example tail drops, it is no longer my responsibility. Should your gecko die shortly after its arrival (within the first week) I will require proof from a vet that it died of something it had left here with. In that instance I will refund your money and reimburse you for the vet fee.
