About
Monroe Morphs LLC was founded with the intentions to provide amazing animals backed with top level customer service. Ever since my first pet Ball Python back in 1992 the industry has grown tremendously in popularity and variety and for obvious reasons; stunning animals in a package size any could enjoy. Throughout the years I was known for always having some kind of pets outside the typical cats and dogs many others love. Whether Ball Pythons to a Bearded Dragons, Crested Geckos to Tarantulas, Boas to Leopard Geckos; there was always something I’d come home with.
I was always amazed with the Ball Python industry and just the array of morphs. Year after year it would seem everything has practically been seen and then boom; the next morph or combo would hit the market. I always wanted to be able to collect them all and be able to work with them as part of my daily life. Over the last couple seasons that has become a reality and I have made some great friends along the way as well as have met some amazing people.
This hobby is meant to be fun and seeing what comes about each breeding season is like being a kid on Christmas. I am fortunate to not only be surrounded by some great people but backed by my partner, my best friend and my wife.

Store Policy
**SHIPPING IS POSTPONED UNTIL AFTER THE NEW YEAR & WILL BE BASED ON BOTH LOCATIONS AS WELL AS REVIEW OF SYSTEM WEEK TO WEEK**

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Buyer must be 18yrs old or older to purchase.
Payments may be made via Square through invoice by Credit Card / Debit Card. Additional payment method options include Zelle, Venmo, Chime, Cash App & PayPal (F&F).
All purchases will receive a record of sale / receipt of transaction through Square.
6.35% CT Sales Tax will be applied to in state sales.
Invoices are sent via Square & require the following information which should match a buyer's Morph Market profile.

Local Pickup / Meet Requests: We do not have a facility open to public foot traffic & while the majority of sales / business is conducted through online / shipping or face to face through expos, we do & can coordinate local pickups. Meets are not coordinated / scheduled without a minimum of deposit or payment in full.
**No animals are held without a minimum of deposit**

**In short; if inquiring with an offer, asking for free shipping & payment plans are separate things; looking for all three generally in the same transaction is highly unlikely.**
We will gladly work out short term payment plans with you if you are unable to pay in full at the time of inquiry. We do our best to respond to inquiries in the order they are received in. In many cases, multiple individuals are contacting on one listing at the same time.
Invoices sent have a 2-hour hold for payment receipt at which point they will be retracted if no payment is received & further inquiries will be responded to.
If a deposit is submitted the listing will be marked On Hold & others will be informed the animal(s) are no longer available.
Payment Plan Deposits are 30% down of the total {shipping & animal(s)} requested & are Non-Refundable.
If an offer is accepted & requesting a payment plan OR requesting a plan on a Sale listing the initial deposit amount will be 45% of total & follow same below structure / conditions.
*$299 & Under = Due on Receipt; No Deposits
*$300-$499 = Initial Deposit & the Balance paid off in 15 days.
*$500-$999 = Initial Deposit; First Installment at 15 days & the Balance paid off in 30 days.
*$1000 & Over = Initial Deposit; First Installment at 30 days & the Balance paid off in 60 days.
Plans over 60 days will be case by case discussion.
Animals purchased this way will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full.
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any/all money sent.
Any variation of the set payment plan schedule is on a case by case basis. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like to further discuss your payment plan options.
Monroe Morphs reserves the right to refuse initial sale or completion of sale to any party. If a person(s) are deemed unfit to take in purchases, if slander or malicious contain is reported & brought to attention online / etc. or if contact becomes of harassing nature a refund less of 30% will be issued on purchases made.
ABANDONMENT OF PURCHASE / TRANSACTION:
If during a payment plan communication becomes loss for an extended period of time thus the buyer fails to complete payment milestones or completion of purchase, this will fall under forfeit of sale as aforementioned. If a purchase is completed & the buyer becomes unreachable & there is failure to coordinate collection / receipt of purchase(s) this can result in abandonment of purchase / transaction. All sales are final.
AUCTIONS:
All Sales are Final & for the animal(s) within the listing. Auction wins are non-transferable.
If there is an outlined Shipping amount; this will be apply to the final Auction win. **This includes auctions wins requesting "Local Meet Pickups"**
Payment Plans are NOT available on Auction Wins. Auctions wins must be paid in full within 24 hours of the end of Auction.
Failure in doing so will follow Morph Market's corrective action.
SHIPPING:
Free Shipping starts on purchase totals $1000 & over! (excludes adults & wholesale)
We ship travel to FedEx for drop off Tuesday or Wednesdays of each week (weather & payment permitting).
Please include a ship to Zip Code at the time of contact for a shipping quote. Shipping is done with Ship Your Reptiles through FedEx Priority Overnight to anywhere in the continental US.
Our default method of shipping is to your local FedEx Ship Center to be held for pickup as this is the safest option with the shipment of animals. Daytime Temperatures (lows no less than 40 & highs no more than 95).
For shipping alerts & updates please monitor Ship Your Reptiles webpage. We check weather & updates weekly on Mondays. Before contacting to see "will my order ship", we ask to atleast view your location, our location (06451, CT) & just be aware of any high alerts or storms in the country. If for example it is 10 degrees in either location or their is a hurricane going on up the coast, odds are shipping is effected.
Please Note: We ONLY ship to FedEx Hubs for pickup. Shipments will NOT be done to residential or business locations.
FEDEX HUB SHIPMENTS:
It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-10am. Live arrival guarantee is void on any packages not picked up within 4 hours of being available for pickup at the hub unless otherwise discussed with seller / provider.
GENETICS GUARANTEE:
1. Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos we do our best to ID per the pairings however can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-Dom) genes.
2. Recessive / Heterozygous Genes are always FULLY guaranteed.
Please note that we consider all mutations listed in parenthesis “possible.” We can neither confirm nor exclude their presence in the animal based on visual identification, but the animal may carry them.
PRICING:
Pricing subject to change at any time. Sales may run at random. If a sale ends & you reach out a couple days later with a screenshot of the listing generally speaking that is not hard to honor. If contacting a month later this may be subject to review & the context involved.
