Store Policy
Shipping in the lower 48 states and we can offer payment plans with a non-refundable 25% deposit. Payment plans are limited to 90 days and any balance paid above the 25% deposit may be transferred but will not be refunded. Deposits will only be refunded in the event we are unable to ship. Shipping will be scheduled once payment is made in full. Live arrival is guaranteed. Prices do not include shipping. For live arrival guarantee to be effective the first delivery attempt must be successful. If the animal does not arrive healthy contact must be made within one hour of acceptance from shipper. Due to issues with FedEx and recommendations from Shipyourreptiles.com, we are only able to ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Pictures shown are of exact animal that will be shipped unless multiples are listed in the same ad. Shipping discounts are possible for multiple animal shipments. My wife and I work full time as well so please allow us up to 24 hours for replies to inquires.
