Terms of Sale
Shipping
All animals will be shipped via ShipYourReptiles.com at a mutually agreed upon date, weather permitting. Shipping is done Tuesday & Wednesday ` overnight express to arrive before 10am. You may also choose to pick up at a Fedex Ship facility, please let me know ahead of time if you'do prefer this option. I will not ship if temperature is below 40°f or above 90°f. You must be there to accept the package on the FIRST delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee will be void. I am not responsible for any carrier delays, mishaps or mistakes.
Note: My live arrival guarantee is void if you provided me with incorrect shipping information. Please carefully provide me with your complete shipping information and a time you will be able to accept and sign for the package.
Deposits
I require a 25% deposit to hold any animal(s). ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Do not send a deposit if you do not fully intend to buy the animal. The ONLY time a deposit will be refunded in cash is if I do not produce an animal or the animal dies before it is shipped to you.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available with a 25% deposit and must be paid within 30 days. Once a payment plan has been made the animal will taken off the market and will be considered sold. Animals will be fed and maintained as usual at no charge to the customer. 25% deposit is non-refundable if full payment cannot be made.
