Sex, and health are 100% guaranteed and our animals include a 7 day health guarantee. Animals labeled as 100% het are guaranteed for life. Due to the complex level of genetical combinations of some morphs, we determine the best theoretical I.D for each animal produced, but there is chance that the animal could contain an additional gene, or potentially lack a gene. Therefore here at Moore Pythons, we cannot guarantee that all Co-dominant genes are present within more complex morphs produced but we will always I.D the animal to best of our knowledge based upon the genetics involved. Payment plans are offered with 25% down, and the balance to be determined between the purchaser and Moore Pythons at the time of sale. Moore Pythons does hold the right to cancel a purchase when deemed necessary under certain conditions such as ( change of health of the animal, issues with payment plans, e.g lack of payments , or other unpredictable factors). In such instance , Moore Pythons will either refund the buyer the initial down payment made on the animal or issue a store credit for the defined amount . After receipt of an animal , Buyer MUST contact Moore Pythons immediately if there are any presenting issues when the animal has been delivered. Customer satisfaction is of utmost priority and every option will be explored to ensure that each customer is fully satisfied with their purchase.
