Store Policy
Guarantee:
We guarantee all animals are healthy upon arrival. You must be at the delivery location to accept package. If no one is available at delivery location to receive the animal upon delivery, the guarantee is void. Guarantee does not include a dropped tail during shipping.
Payment:
We accept CashApp, Zelle and Venmo Please contact us for mailing address if sending money order or cashiers check.
Payment plans are negotiable on an individual basis with a minimum purchase of $400 (not including shipping). Please contact us for details.
Once payment is received and processed, the sale is final. Refunds are only applicable under our Guarantee above.
Shipping:
Flat rate shipping of $75 for FedEx priority overnight shipping paid for at time of purchase. Shipping inside the United States only. We do not ship Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays to ensure a true overnight delivery for the safety of the animal. We can not be liable for any delays in shipping due to carrier issues.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For local customers, pickup arrangements can be arranged
