Store policy. Here at Morph Evolution we are very flexible and easy to work with. Payment plans can be arranged with a 30% down, non-refundable deposit and the balance to be paid in a agreed time frame. All deposits made toward animal(s) are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. So if you plan to buy an animal, please pay in full.
Shipping is done through FedEx only. No others will be used. Live animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight with guaranteed live arrival. If there is no one there to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, then the guarantee is void. DOA’s are to be reported immediately after delivery. We are not responsible for misdirected shipments.
Sex of the animal(s) is guaranteed. If for any reason the sex is incorrect you have two options, return the animal(s) for a refund or you may pick another animal of equal value.
