Store Policy
Shipping is a flat $50 rate Fed Ex priority overnight via SYR. All animals are insured via SYR as well.
I ship Monday-Wednesday weather permitting.
I guarantee live delivery ONLY if you sign for your shipment and ONLY at first try of delivery.
To avoid additional strain on the animal, and the potential for delays with the added points of transit to a home or business address - shipping to a FedEx hub is strongly recommended.
Adverse weather conditions may influence shipping schedule.
Guarantee:
All animals are sold healthy, feeding on live rats and sexed properly. As well as genetics that are properly identified to the best of my ability with the current knowledge of the multi gene combination morphs at work and therefor guarantee to be sold with an honest assessment of ID based off of the parents. Returns not accepted.
Payment:
I only accept Venmo, Apple Pay, Square (Cash App), Zelle, Strike, occasionally some Crypto, bank transfers, Cashiers Check or Money orders. I am avoiding using Paypal due to their no selling of animals policy. No animals are shipped prior to money being received. See listed acceptable payment methods above and ask if one is not mentioned with the exception of Paypal. No returns or refunds. Please make sure this is the animal(s) you want.
