Shipping~
• Available anywhere in continental USA where western Hognose (Heterodon nasicus) are legal to own
•Animals are shipped through Reptile Express by Priority Overnight shipping according to Reptile Express shipping guidelines
•Shipping to FedEx hub for pick-up that accepts live animals is available and recommended over home delivery
•Residential/Commercial deliveries will require signature
•Any issues with your delivery must be brought to our attention within 4hrs after receiving.
Health Guarantee~
•All animals come with 7day health guarantee
•All animals sold by MotorCityHogs were produced by us unless otherwise stated
•All animals for sale have had a minimum of 10 consecutive meals unless otherwise stated
•It is strongly recommended that any animals purchased, no matter where, should be quarantined for 30days. Failure to do so may void health guarantee
Returns~
•Returns and refunds are case by case and not guaranteed
•Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees
•In the unlikely event of a DOA, buyer must notify MotorCityHogs within 4hrs of accepting delivery and provide photo proof of deceased animal
