Store Policy

If interested in more than one gecko please let me know. I have boxes that can fit up to four deli cups.
Payment Terms
Payment is accepted via PayPal. No PayPal e-checks please. Cash is accepted in the event of in-person pick up. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a gecko. Payment plans are available for purchases over $150. Length and terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Geckos will not be shipped until paid in full - including price of the gecko and shipping costs.
Shipping
Geckos are shipped via FedEx through Reptiles2You. Shipping quotes will be provided a day or so before the day of shipment to get the most accurate rate. Shipping day is currently Tuesday only to correspond with my work schedule and may change at any time. Temps must be above 40 degrees and below 85 degrees from origination to destination. I do not and will not use heat packs. I have the right to hold off on shipping until temps are deemed safe for animal transport. I am not responsible for carrier delays. Someone must be present to receive shipment or you may hold at your local hub.
Guarantee
All animals come with a Live Arrival Guarantee when someone is present to accept and sign for shipment in case of home delivery, and when picked up same day in case of facility hold. In the event an animal arrives DOA please contact me within 1 hour upon its arrival with clear photos of the deceased animal. A credit toward a replacement will be provided. Guarantee is only valid for animals shipped within the US. If listed as "possible" as in possible female, sex is not guaranteed. No pores visible (NPV) means no pores at the moment, again not a guaranteed female. No refunds or store credit in event of accidental tail drop.
