About
M.S. Farms started in 2010 with raising livestock like chickens, sheep, and pigs for 4-H. Chickens went past 4-H times, and we produced egg layers for a while. In 2016 we started working with Leopard geckos and in 2018 we started breeding. We added African fat tail geckos in 2022.
Our Projects:
Leopard Gecko Project: RedHot Rainwater project. The RedHot Rainwater Is a cross between Firewater, Raining red stripe and Bold stripe rainwaters. If you would like to know the goal of the project or other information, please feel free to message me here or on Instagram.
Leopard Gecko Projects: Cow Pied Project. Simple Line breeding pied Total Eclipse project, till I can breed out all hets and then well be trying for cow pied Mack snows then cow pied eclipses. all will be het free and hopefully time will tell if we can get nicely pied animals that are not super snow or snow at all. we're working on het free highly pied with a dairy cow like pattern on super snow eclipses first and well go from there.
African fat tail project: Currently we dont have a set project for african fat tails we work with Whiteout, Stripe, Oreo, Patterless, and mixes between this. We also work with Whiteout, Stripe, Tangerine, Amel, Patternless, and Mixes between this.
Store Policy
Payment method square invoices. I send invoices through Square which allows you to pay with or without a square account. My square account still comes up under my old name "MSFarmsLemoore" now we are MSFarmsExotics.

SHIPPING: FedEx overnight shipping. We currently can only ship Tuesday for Wednesday arrival, and Thursday for Friday arrival.
live animal guarantee, when shipped to HUB. DOA store credit, I will give store credit of the price of the animal that was DOA. I require you to pay shipping, and the excess if you pick a more expensive animal then the original DOA animal.
We have the animals' best interests in mind, we will not ship to your home in weather that is lower than 55 degrees as the high of the day, and we will not ship to your home in weather that is higher than 95 degrees as the high for the day. We will ship to your HUB in 40 degrees as the high of the day and 105 as the high of the day. If you do not have a HUB but want your geckos shipped in the higher or lower end of temps, then I can look up HUBs and send you the addresses so you can pick a hub to ship your animal to for pick up.
NOTE: If you are concerned with your weather being too HOT/COLD let me know, I can double check before shipping. I will keep you up to date with any weather concerns I may have as well.
ACTIONS:
Flat rate shipping of $80. message me within 24 hours of the action ending or it will be invalid and action will be relisted. Payments must be done within 7 days of the action ending. animal/s will be shipped when safe. actions don't come with payment plans, be ready to pay within a week of it ending.
PAYMENT PLAN:
Payment must be done in full before shipping.
If using the payment plan option, it's a 30% non-refundable deposit.
Payment plans must be completed within 45 days. I understand if more time is needed, communicate with me before the 45 days are up, and we'll talk about what we can do.
DO NOT GHOST ME, if we feel we are ghosted, and you do not communicate before the 45 days are up the animal/s will be relisted and if you've paid more than the 30% you will be refunded everything but the 30%. at any point if you must back out, let us know and you will be refunded everything other than the 30% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
