About

Welcome to Bailey & Bailey Reptiles. The Bailey & Bailey part primarily refers to my wife, Monica, and myself. The other two are my daughter, Shelby, and my son, Bryce. I handle most of the snake related end of the business while my wife takes care of all of the rodent stuff.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our snakes and our rodent colony, and only sell top-notch animals. Customer service is our primary concern, and we love to just talk snakes. So, feel free to call us if you have any questions or are interested in an animal, and we will do our best to give you a pleasant experience. Store Policy
Guarantees
Payments, Deposits and Refunds

A 20% deposit is required to start a payment plan. This deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to another purchase for 1 year from date of remittance.
If we back out of a deal that a customer has paid money into, we will refund pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
If we fail to ship the order for more than 7 days after it was paid in full in a single payment and did not communicate that delay (e.g., weather conditions) to the customer before the payment, then we may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the customer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it.
If we go 10 days or more without a response to the customer that has given money and not yet received the animal, then the we may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the customer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.

Animal Attributes

We guarantee that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
If we ship the wrong animal as proven by the Buyer, we will pay for return and ship the correct animal.
Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week (pending weather).
Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown or not certain.
Temperature-sexed offspring are not guaranteed.
If we ship a wrongly-sexed animal as proven by the Buyer, we will pay for return of the animal and replace or refund the purchase price.
Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week (pending weather).
Seller guarantees that the animal delivered will be at least 80% of the agreed weight and/or length. (Advertised weights are not always updated, so always ask for an updated weight prior to purchase).
If the animal received is less than 80%, as proven by the customer, we will pay for return of the animal and refund the purchase price.
Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week (pending weather).

Animal Health

We guarantee the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations.
We are responsible for shipping delays and mishaps (which should be rare with good shipping practices ) except for those caused by the customer (e.g., wrong address given, door not answered when delivery is attempted, etc.).
If an animal dies or is lost due to our negligence in shipping then we are responsible for a full refund or replacement.
If the animal is substantially sick or injured as proven by the customer (with photos, videos and a veterinarian report, as needed) then we are responsible for return of the animal and a full refund.
Claim Period is 4 hours for initial contact and Return Period is 1 week (or 14 days maximum if a vet visit is required).
Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.

Payment must be made in full before any animal will be shipped. We take payment via Paypal, CashApp, money order, cashiers check or personal check and Visa and MasterCard over the phone. Personal checks need to be made out to Bailey & Bailey Reptiles, and need to clear the bank before payment is considered complete.

Effective January 15, 2021, MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
