We custom make each shipping box, so that your animal has the safest, stress free trip possible. We are big enough to provide a wide variety of selection in animals and price range. Yet small enough to provide one-on-one attention with each and every customer interaction.

GUARANTEE
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed, unless otherwise noted. We want you to be happy with your new snake. If for some reason you are not, we provide a 24 hour unconditional guarantee with your purchase. This guarantee is contingent on Mystic Reptiles, LLC being notified within 24 hours by you, the customer, taking possession of said animal. After 24 hours we cannot assume liability. You will receive a full refund (initial ship cost not included), or exchange for equally valued, mutually agreed upon animal. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. *Reticulated python sales are subject to current Lacey Act restrictions. Meaning, Retics can leave the state of Florida (which Mystic Reptiles,LLC operates from), but cannot be brought in ie; no exchange. Therefore, out of state (Fla) sales are considered final, unless DOA.
