Natural State Exotics prides itself in being a small boutique breeder out of Northwest Arkansas. We started our collection from hatchlings, with only the best quality, from some of the top breeders in the industry. Over the years, we have held back the "best of the best" from our own clutches to continually build our collection. We endlessly strive to produce the best example of the genes we are working with.
Our goal is to provide our customers with high quality, healthy animals, along with excellent customer service, before and after the sale. With us, you can expect fair and honest treatment, always. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Store Policy
PAYMENT METHODS : We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards/CashApp (Processed through Square), bank wire, and Cashier's Check/Money Order by mail. All payments and/or deposits are non-refundable and all sales are final.
PAYMENT PLANS : These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 25% deposit and the balance paid within 30 days, but other arrangements can be discussed. Message us for more info and payment plan approval. All deposits & payments are non-refundable.
SHIPPING : We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only, FedEx Priority Overnight, and FedEx hub to hub only. Temps need to be between 30°F and 90°F. We prefer to ship within these guidelines for the health and safety of our animals. These parameters also follow ShipYourReptiles guidelines, which is our preferred shipping company.
If buyer chooses to ship outside of the above parameters, or if the animal is not picked up within 4 hours of being available for pick-up at the hub, the buyer assumes any and all risks associated with shipping, including late arrival, lost or damaged packages, health issues as a result of delays, DOA, etc.
HEALTH : All animals listed have been eating well and will arrive healthy and pest free. If buyer has any claims to the contrary of this, we will need to be notified within 4 hours of pick-up. Keep in mind, we will require photo and video evidence showing the issue. If we haven't heard from buyer within 4 hours of pick-up, we will assume the animal was in good condition and buyer is happy with purchase.
SEX : We 100% guarantee all animals will be properly sexed, but please be sure to confirm the sex upon receipt and let us know within 4 hours if there is an issue.
GENETICS : Our animals will be identified to the best of our ability and we will NEVER intentionally mislead or deceive a customer regarding the genetic make up of an animal. All recessive and heterozygous recessive genes are 100% guaranteed for the life of the animal. With the ever increasing complexity of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in Ball Python combos, we cannot 100% guarantee these type of genes in our animals. Please keep in mind that mistakes may happen, but NEVER out of ill intent. Please ask questions about the pairings and form your own conclusion on the ID of the animal you are purchasing. If you feel our ID is incorrect, respectfully reach out and we can discuss it.
