Store Policy
We accept PayPal and most major credit/debit cards.
All sales are final.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer personal delivery to local customers (Vero Beach to West Palm Beach) or will meet up with you within that local range for a charge of $10.00. Overnight shipping anywhere inside Florida (except the Florida panhandle) is $35.00. Overnight shipping to the Florida panhandle and/or outside of Florida ranges from $45.00 to $75.00 depending on location.
At this time, Nauti-Lass Ponds & Critters ships anywhere in the continental United States.
All live animals are shipped Mondays thru Thursdays via UPS or Fedex air express for next day delivery
An adult must be present to receive the package
In extreme weather conditions, appropriate Heat or Cold Packs must be included with the shipment
A handling charge of $5.00 is added to all orders to cover the cost of the insulated shipping containers
Warranties
All live animals are guaranteed to arrive alive provided the below conditions are met:
Animal was shipped via an overnite, next day air shipping method to a FedEx Ship Center and held for pickup by customer.
A valid shipping address was included on the original order. Including but not limited to street names, apartment/suite numbers and zip codes. Failure to include important details regarding the shipping address will automatically void the guarantee.
The intended recipient must have been available to receive their package on the first delivery attempt. Shipments do not require a signature. However, all claims regarding problems with the order must be made within 2 hours of the delivery time listed by the shipping company.
In the case of a claim resulting in a refund, the original shipping costs, the return costs and any bank/PayPal fees paid are not refundable.
Appropriate Heat or Cold Packs were included in adverse weather conditions.
In the rare event a live animal perishes prior to delivery, all claims must be made via email within 2 hours of delivery time and date shown by the shipping company.
We are not responsible for delays encountered by the shipping company. Those claims must be made directly with the shipping company. In no case shall the original shipping costs, return costs or bank/PayPal fees be refundable by Nauti-Lass Ponds & Critters, Inc.
Return Policy
Due to certain Federal and State laws, we are unable to receive returned live animals. Therefore, all sales for live animals are final. In the rare case a live animal is returned, the refund or store credit shall be limited to the actual cost of the animal. Original shipping costs, return costs and any bank/PayPal fees are not refundable.
All items that are not live animals, may be returned within 5 days of receipt. In all cases, the customer shall be responsible for return shipping costs. For undamaged items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
All returns must be pre-authorized, in writing, prior to its return.
