Arrive alive guarantee with OVERNIGHT shipping to a HUB only.
Held at facilty LAG must be picked up within 2hrs ( from time marked available for pick up ) to be valid.
- we do not offer a LAG on any animal/package shipped with a label provided from any source other then our own shipping accounts
We will ship to home but do not offer LAG of any sort. It is at your own risk.
We ship MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS ONLY.
We will not ship over 95 degrees farhenheit, or under 32 degrees farhenheit and we will also not ship if other severe weather conditions may inhibit travel or safe delivery.WE CAN REFUSE TO SHIP IF CONDITIONS ARE NOT APPROPRIATE!
All DOA must be reported with in 1 hour of delivery with PHOTO/VIDEO proof. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULES!

We take payment via VENNMO ONLY due to high volume of issues with PayPal.
Canceled orders are only eligible for up to* a 75% refund of the value. The initial 25% is always NON-refundable.
*If the order is cancelled after it is paid in-full and is ready to ship, a refund will NO LONGER BE OFFERED AT ALL. We DO NOT cater to buyer’s remorse!!

WE DO NOTGARUNTEE SEX ON ANY ANIMAL( with the exception of proven breeders , we try our best to sex but unfortunately as humans mistakes happen: TSM = temperature sex incubated for male, TSF = temperature sex incubated for female. Payments must be made IN FULL before shipping.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We make no garuntees on the animals once they leave our care. There are too many issues with incorrect husbandry , transportation, and other issues.
Should an issue arise please reach out to me and we can discuss options or solutions if we feel the issue was directly our fault.
