Neo’s Geckos Terms and Conditions of Sale
- PLEASE READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE POLICY BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO SEND PAYMENT!
- By sending payment or a deposit, you are agreeing that you have read the terms and conditions for sale and have accepted them. Our payment options include Zelle, Venmo, and cashapp
- Neo’s Geckos reserves the right to refuse sale and service of an animal to any customer over concern of improper care or prior abuse of other reptiles/ or breeders.
- All photos are the exact animal for sale, and are the best photos that display all of the animals attributes. No extra photos will be taken or given, as the photos provided are sufficient to determine the quality of the animal.
- All Deposits are 100% non refundable, Neo’s Geckos must be contacted by Morphmarket messenger or email prior to any payment being sent.
- Animals are first come first serve, and will not be held until a deposit or payment is issued.
- Sexing: All geckos under 5 grams will be sold as unsexed, and geckos between the weights of 5-15 grams will be sexed with a loupe. With that said there is NO SEX GAURENTEE for any geckos under 15 grams. I try my best to loupe geckos, and give accurate sexing's like "pores visible" or "no pores visible". But even though I give an idea of what the possible gender is, that does not guarantee the sex of said animal. If a purchase is initiated with an animal labeled as "no pores visible", then before it has shipped or in the process of a payment plan the animal develops pores. No refund or credit will be awarded, because the sex is not guaranteed.
- Payment plans: 30 day payment plans are an option for purchases of $250 or more with a 50% non refundable deposit. This does not include the cost of shipping. The full payment is due by the end of the 30 day period, if not received or contacted prior to the expiration date then the sale will be void, and you will be refunded your purchase aside from the 50% non refundable deposit. In the case of a void sale the purchase will be refunded within 72 hours. Failure to complete a payment plan with Neo’s Geckos will cause for negative feedback towards buyer and potential ineligibility for future plans. *No Animals will be shipped until the full payment has been received including shipping costs*.
- Shipping: *No animal will be shipped unless there is adequate shipping weather, no Exceptions* Shipping is not included in the price of an animal unless stated otherwise in the description. There is no set price for shipping it is determined by your location. Neo’s Geckos uses Shipyourreptiles and reptiles2you shipping companies for all its animal shipping purposes. Due to countless delays and shipping mishaps, Neo's Geckos is only shipping to FedEx hubs for pickup the next day. I know some people may find this to be an inconvenience, but I find it now to be the safest way to ship animals. Neo's Geckos must be contacted once the animal has been received, if not contacted then Neo's Geckos will assume the animal arrived safe and sound.
- We also offer local pickup, Neo’s Geckos can not deliver but if contacted can arrange for a pickup near the Chicago Land area.
- LAG: Live arrival for all animals is guaranteed, However in the case of a DOA (Dead on Arrival) Neo’s Geckos must be contacted within 30 minutes of delivery time stamp on the shippers website. Photo and video proof must be provided within the 30 minute time period, with all evidence being sent either through Facebook messenger or email. Failure to contact us within in ample time will lead to the loss of a possible refund. If an animal arrives DOA, a case will be opened with the shipping company to establish what caused the death of the animal. In the case a refund is warranted, you will be refunded your total purchase minus shipping expenses. Or you can choose to receive an animal of similar value. Neo's Geckos is not responsible for the mistakes of shipping companies and will refund half of the total purchase value of the animal, minus shipping expenses in the case of a shipping mishap.
- Neo’s Geckos is not responsible for the health or life of an animal after it has been in the care of its new owner for more than 24 hours. In the case of an animal perishing before the 24 hour period has passed then the buyer will need to provide the following information of the animal, a clear photo of the animals enclosure, the temperatures of the room that the animal was kept in, and the diet that was being fed to the animal. If a refund is necessary then the purchase will be refunded minus shipping and holding deposit costs. Neo’s geckos may request additional information for purposes that will delegate whether a refund is necessary.
- Tail drop is a natural phenomenon in crested geckos. No refund or discount will be provided for animals that drop their tail before, during or after shipment once a sale is initiated.
- For any purchase of an animal you must be 18 years of age or older, with proof of said age. no minors will be sold any animals.

- Lastly Neo’s Geckos understands that we are all human and there are sometimes unforeseen events that could happen in someone's life. If there is an issue with payment or something that is preventing you from finishing your purchase contact us, and we can work out the best solution for both ends of the parties.
