About
Hello All, we are Yesenia & Jose Ayala. We are a brand new, up and coming business with a passion for all things reptiles! All though we are a new company, we have a lot of experience and knowledge on handling reptiles . Yesenia grew up in the reptile business and her husband Jose has recently found a passion for working with reptiles. Not only do we have a large variety of reptiles on our page, we are also starting our own breeding projects! Store Policy
We accept different forms of payment, i.e: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Just depends what works best for you!
We ship UPS overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.
We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest UPS center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Orders placed before 2pm EST usually get shipped the same day .Sometimes we are able to ship out the same day if order placed after 2pm, but not always.
Orders placed after 2pm est , get shipped the following day. We try to ship as soon as possible but weather , or animal availability, may differ shipping dates and times.
Overnight shipping is a UPS SERVICE not a time frame. We will ship according to above schedule and are very accurate and on time.
SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE or our Live Arrival Guarantee is VOID.
We pack your order in the safest, most efficient way possible. All animal orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal! There are no REFUNDS if shipping delays are due to weather.
Unfortunately, we do not refund or take back animals due to being skittish, scared, defensive or "aggressive". They need time to adjust and build a bond with you. If you are unsatisfied with the purchase, you are welcome to ship it back for refund of the price of the animal. We do not refund shipping, nor pay shipping for return.
We will gladly work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will a refund be processed without the return of the animal.
The health and safety of the animal comes first!
Live Arrival Guarantee:
All animal orders are shipped in the safest way possible. We guarantee the animal will arrive alive, or we will send you a replacement animal for free, you only have to pay for shipping.
Certain conditions must be met in order for us to honor the Live Arrival Guarantee. DOA'S rarely occur, but please be aware that they CAN happen.
Conditions for Live Arrival Guarantee - NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
****Someone must sign for package on FIRST delivery attempt. If no one signs for it, guarantee is void. If you requested your package to be held at your local UPS station, you must pick up within the the stations hours on the same day it arrives, if picked up on another day, guarantee is void. newmoonreptiles.com
