We are a husband/wife team that have been breeding ball pythons since 2016. As a small business/hobbyist breeder, we are committed to producing healthy, beautiful quality animals. We are currently working with a few different projects and are always looking to build our collection with quality animals from reputable breeders. Store Policy
General Policies:
Every effort will be made to ensure your transaction will be a positive one. Emails and messages will be answered promptly and everyone will be treated with respect. All animals will be honestly represented and 100% healthy at the time of delivery, and guaranteed to be mite, tick and parasite free. Hatchlings will not be offered for sale unless they have had 5 consecutive meals with us. All snakes will be eating frozen/thawed rats.
NEW Reptiles guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered, but please be sure to confirm the sex upon the receipt of the animal. If the animal is showing signs of being sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the customer (with photos or videos as needed), NEW Reptiles will issue a refund or replacement. If the animal is deceased on arrival, the customer must notify NEW Reptiles of the DOA within an hour of FedEx documented pickup time. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
If a situation arises that does not include what was previously mentioned, and the animal needs to be returned, they must be returned 100% healthy at the earliest possible FedEx shipping date. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and FedEx arrangements unless the error is with NEW Reptiles. All returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and need to be discussed with NEW Reptiles beforehand.
NEW Reptiles is not responsible for the temperament of the animal.
NEW Reptiles offers a care sheet available upon request and are willing to answer questions, but it is the customer’s responsibility to learn how to properly care for the animals purchased. NEW Reptiles cannot take responsibility for a person’s lack of knowledge or poor husbandry skills. If we determine (in our opinion) that a customer lacks the proper experience or facilities to care for an animal, the transaction will be terminated. The customer must be at least 18 years old or have a parent’s written consent prior to purchasing an animal. If the customer is renting a house/apartment, the property owner’s written consent is required prior to purchasing an animal.
Genetic Identification:
Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, we cannot 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (co-dom) genes in our animals. Recessive/heterozygous genes are always fully guaranteed. Sire/Dam records and photos are available upon request.
When hatching multi-gene animals, often times, breeders will identify the combination of genes by making an educated guess based on past experiences. In these cases, the genetics can only be verified through actual breeding trials. All customers should understand the risk associated with purchasing an animal with a theoretical or presumptive ID. Ask about the parental stock that produced the offspring and consider the outcome carefully. The only guarantee anyone can make regarding theoretical identification is mistakes will happen. We will never intentionally mislead or deceive a customer regarding the genetic makeup of an animal.
Pricing and Payment Options:
All prices are subject to change; we will honor any price that has been agreed upon during negotiation of the sale. Package deals are available, please email for details. The only form of payment accepted right now is PayPal.

Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. To place an animal on hold requires a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the animals listed price. The full balance is due in 30-60 days, depending on the price of the animal. The payment plan duration will be agreed upon at the time of deposit. After the deposit has been received, the animal will be placed on hold and no longer available to the public. The animal(s) will be maintained and fed as usual at no extra charge to the customer. If, for whatever reason, the customer cannot complete the payment plan as agreed to, all payments made towards the animal are non-refundable. Failure to pay by the agreed upon date will result in cancellation of the payment plan unless the remaining balance is paid in full within 10 days. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you are certain you can pay the agreed upon purchase price.
Shipping:
As of right now, we are only shipping domestically. All animals will be shipped through FedEx according to their rules and regulations. NEW Reptiles guarantees live arrival, this guarantee requires hold for pick up at the nearest FedEx hub. This is the safest method of shipment since it avoids the delivery truck. If the animal dies in transit, NEW Reptiles will replace the animal, if possible, or issue a full refund. If the customer insists on door-to-door delivery, then they must assume the risk and waive their live arrival guarantee.
Shipping costs will be calculated by Reptiles2You. On purchases of $1,000 or more (before shipping price is added), the customer is not responsible for shipping costs. Shipping dates will be dependent on weather and temperature (as per Reptiles2You). The customer will be provided a tracking number and should pick up the animal promptly after it arrives at the FedEx hub. A photo ID is required at the time of pick up.
Animals are shipped by FedEx Monday through Wednesday for next day arrival.
