Store Policy

You must be 18 or over to make a purchase. If you are under the age of 18 then a parent or guardian must process the transaction for you.

A hold may be placed on animals for a fee of $25 or 25% of the total purchase price less shipping, whichever is greater. The partial payment must be made before an animal will be considered as “On Hold”. Any deposit made on an animal is non-refundable, but will be considered transferable to other animals.

Payment plans are available upon request. Details will be discussed at time of request. No payment plan shall exceed a time frame of 8 weeks, payments made are non-refundable.

Payments can be made through PayPal, we will send you an invoice upon request & cash payments for local pickups can be made at the time of pick up.
Next Gen Exotics currently only ships to the lower 48 states and does not yet offer international shipping. Free local pick up can be arranged. Animals are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays for next day arrival. We will not ship any other days and risk an animal being left at shipping hub over the weekend. When your animal arrives you must contact Next Gen Exotics within 1 hour of arrival time with the condition of the animal to maintain your 7 day health guarantee.

All animals are guaranteed to arrive in good health and come with a 7 day health guarantee. Animal genders are NOT guaranteed. In the highly unlikely event that an animal becomes sick or dies within 7 days of arrival we will offer a credit (excluding shipping costs) towards the purchase of another animal. Proof of illness and/or death is required in the form of pictures/videos. This guarantee does not cover an injury sustained by an animal once in the buyers care, i.e. burns, injuries caused by other pets, or tail loss etc. We also do not cover tail loss during shipping, this is unlikely but possible due to the stress shipping can cause.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
