NiceRhac.com accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay for payment. Shipping for live animals is done via FedEx Priority Overnight. Shipping is typically included in our sales price.

Returns: Live animal sales are final but if you are unhappy with your purchase we will work hard to make your experience with us right. We must be notified within 12 hours of any dead on arrivals. Photos of the animal and our packaging will be required for any DOA claim.
Shipping: . All live animal shipments are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. Shipping is always included in the purchase price of your gecko. For live animal shipments we will coordinate a time that works best for your schedule. We will hold live animal shipments when temps dip below 45 degrees and above 90 degrees in order to ensure live arrival. All live animal orders must be shipped overnight. We cannot ship animals outside of the lower 48 United States.
Lost Tail: Crested Geckos can and will drop their tails from the slightest perceived threat or stress. Though rare, they can drop their tail during transit. As a dropped tail does not detract from their value, we do not offer discounts or returns for dropped tails during transit.
