Store Policy
A non refundable and non transferable deposit of 25% is required before putting any geckos on hold with the remaining balance (unless previously agreed otherwise) to be paid within 30 days of the gecko being put on hold.
Payment plans can be considered on geckos priced over £100
Collection is possible in person or from Doncaster IHS Show. If delivery is required this would be via a reptile courier and the customers expense.
Unless stated either male or female the sex of the gecko isn't a garentee. Discounts or refunds will not be offered on a gecko that drops their tail in our care as this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the value of the gecko.
