About
I am based out of Maryland where I work as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist as well as pursuing my passion of keeping and breeding reptiles. I maintain a collection of Boa Constrictors, Burmese Pythons, Ball Pythons, and a select number of Colubrids.
Store Policy
Payment methods:
Nixon Reptiles accepts the following forms of payments: Square Invoice, Zelle (Bank Transfer), and check/money order.
Payments are to clear before shipping and non-refundable, all sales are final.
Payment plans:
These are offered on a case by case basis. We require a 25% non refundable deposit to initiate a payment plan. After the deposit has been received the remaining balance will be due within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan that is specific to the animal or animals of your choice. Longer plans are possible during no ship months and higher value animals.
Deposits & payments are non-refundable, if the buyer is unable to finalize the payment plan all funds will be usable at a later date as store credit.
Heath Guarantee:
1: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival. All health issues must be reported within 24 hours
2: Seller does not guarantee the animal will eat immediately after shipping. We advise you to wait 7-10 days after your animal arrives before feeding.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1: Shipping Window: Tuesday - Wednesday animals or groups over $500 shipping cost is included in the US.
2: All Animals are Shipped via Redline through FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping via Hub to Hub. Seller is not responsible for courier delays, insurance on the shipment is available via Redline.
3: Animals are guaranteed to arrive to the Buyer alive and in good condition, seller is not responsible for courier delays. In the event of a DOA buyer should provide unboxing video after signing at Fedex Location.
4: Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad.
5: Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6: Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS’s rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 4 hours of hub delivery.
7: If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
8: Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
Genetics Guarantee:
1. Incomplete Dominant (Co-dom) genes are not 100% Guaranteed in "complex" multi (Co-dom) animals.
Nixon Reptiles identifies multi-genes animals using a theoretical ID. Due to the complexity of multi gene identification.
2. Recessive / Heterozygous Genetics & Gender are 100% guaranteed.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
