-No payment plans.
-No trades.
-By purchasing an animal from us you agree to all terms and conditions.
-Local pickup available at our sister company’s brick and mortar location, NJ Exotic Pets, 240 route 17 southbound Lodi NJ 07644.
-Local pickup purchases are final and have no guarantee after purchase, so please be sure to thoroughly inspect the animal so we can address any issues before your purchase is made.
-Shipping is an additional charge, unless otherwise specified.
-If you wish to pay with PayPal, an additional charge covering fees will be added.
-No Guarantee on invertebrates, amphibians, or old world chameleons.
-Shipping Tuesday and Wednesday only. Purchases made after 4pm on Wednesdays will be delivered the following Tuesday.
-The buyer must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt or all guarantees are void.
-Purchases made outside optimal shipping conditions will be held indefinitely, until conditions are ideal.
-No shipping below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees. No exceptions even if the customer agrees to void any and all warranty.
-All shipments will be packaged in accordance to Ship Your Reptiles recommendation with regards to hot or cold packs, depending on the species and weather in both our location as well as the destination. We will notify you of their recommendation beforehand upon request. Requesting a packing method outside of the SYR recommendation will void any guarantee.
-Not responsible for carrier delays resulting in late arrival on shipments.
-All livestock sales final.
-All animals have a live and healthy arrival guarantee. We cannot offer any guarantee after the arrival. We do not offer refunds.
-All shipments will require signing, therefore we strongly recommend shipping to your local fed ex hub for pickup.
-We cannot be held responsible for shipping charges incurred for upholding our guarantee, they are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer credits or refunds on shipping for replacement animals.
-If your shipment arrives deceased, is visibly unhealthy, is damaged in any way or if there is any other issue with the order upon arrival the customer must notify us immediately upon receiving the shipment. Attach a photo of the contents of the shipment, any packing materials used, and photos of the package used.
-If the shipment is refused and sent back to us then we reserve the right to withhold the original shipping fee, the return shipping fee, any additional handling fees, and a 15% restocking fee for any animals/items which are received back to us in sellable condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer, for any reason.
- We are not responsible for any veterinary expenses or costs incurred by the buyer for any animal. If you take any animal to a veterinarian, you do so entirely at your own expense.
-Please be aware of your own local wildlife laws and regulations. No shipments will be knowingly sent in violation of any state or federal laws.
