Store Policy
Payment plans require a non-refundable, 25% deposit. An animal will not be considered sold until deposit is received.
Shipping is on Tuesday or Wednesday only, for hub pickup.
No Payment Plans on animals under $1000.
Price is firm for Payment Plans, Discounts for straight or multiple animals only.
Once an animal has arrived at the hub, or is signed for at the door; if I do not hear from you within one hour I will assume everything is fine with the animal. It is your responsibility to inform me if there is something wrong the moment you receive and open the package. If an animal is being held at the hub, if it is there longer than one hour I will not guarantee live arrival. While hubs are recommended for shipping they are not perfect and you should be at the hub when your animal arrives.
