NY Constrictors

Store Policy

Guarantee:

All animals will be honestly represented, outward healthy, and free of any external parasites. All animals will be correctly sexed, in the event of an improperly sexed animal NY Constrictors must be notified with 24 hours of delivery of said animals. All animals come with a 7 days health back guarantee. In the event of an animal being received and becoming sick within the 7 days, NY Constrictors must be notified immediately, otherwise the health back guarantee is void. Any disappointments must be reported to NY Constrictors within 24 hours, and a refund will be issued once the animal/s have been safety shipped back to me, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping cost.


Payment:

All animal sales are final, unless the guarantee on said animal has been not meet. Prior to shipping, the animal must be paid in full. Payment can be made through PayPal, cash(in person sales only), cashier checks,personal check, or money orders. All checks and/or money orders must be cleared by the bank prior to shipping.

Deposits/Payment plans

A 20% non-refundable deposit is require to place any animal on a 7 day hold. At the end of the 7 days hold, you will be notified that the hold is coming to an end, and a decision is needed about said animal.

Payment plans are available for any purchase totaling $500 or more. Payment plans can be extended up to 3 months. In the event that a payments on a payment plan can no longer be paid, all of the money paid minus the 20% non-refundable deposit will be issued back to the customer.


Shipping:

For all orders totaling $1000 or more shipping is free. For all other orders shipping is not included. Shipping will be charged on actual shipping rates using Ship Your Reptiles.

I guarantee live arrival when weather is between 40 degrees and 90 degrees, and someone is present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. Shipping is Monday-Wednesday, for delivery days Tuesday through Thursday. Shipping dates must be agreed upon by both parties prior to a package being shipped. In the event of a DOA, NY Constrictors must be notified within 4 hours from the delivery time. In the event of a DOA, NY constrictors may request documented proof of the DOA, so prior to disposing of anything please wait for our response. In the event of a DOA a complete refund will be issued.


Trades:

Trade offers will be entertained for the the following: female recessive ball pythons, female morph 100% het recessive ball pythons, Carpet pythons, and Green Tree Pythons. Each trade offer will be handled individually.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
