Store Policy
We have short and long term payment plans depending on animal with a 25% deposit that is non refundable. All animals are shipped with FedEx to your closest FedEx hub or ship center that will accept live reptile shipments to be held for pickup. Shipments will be weather permitting and subject to change as weather conditions change. We adhere to the SYR shipping guidelines, we will not ship when temperatures at our location or at the destination are outside of SYR requirements.
The health and well-being of our animals are our priority. We guarantee sex genetics and health of our animals. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
