About
Anthony, started Oak Reptilia in 2020 formally but has been keeping, breeding, herping any sort of snake, lizard and turtle he could get his hands on for decades. If it be jumping in a lake to catch a red eared slider, spending every night changing water bowls or giving someone their first pet leopard gecko. A passion project turned into a reason to challenge himself and supply people with not just a pet or new future breeder, but help people build an appreciation and a new sense of love for these beautiful creatures.

Store Policy
Please read in full. Shipping is non refundable and paid for by the buyer.
We do local pick up, shipping or delivery (within reasonable distance) payments accepted are cash, Venmo and PayPal. Please let us know if you have another way to pay and want to work something out.
If the sex of the animal if noted on listing: We are human and mistakes do happen, if a mistake is made we will rectify the problem with you at no cost to buyer and work out on a case by case situation how you would like the issue solved best.
Live arrival is guaranteed, you have two hours after accepting a package shipped to your home and four hours for FedEx hub pick up to take a video of a DOA and report it to us directly first, we will gladly replace the animal or refund you the money. If you choose to let the animal wait at the FedEx hub for longer than four hours before pick up without notice to us prior to shipping, you will forfeit the live arrival guarantee.
Shipping takes place with weather conditions permitting Tuesday through Thursday. We like to ship to a FedEx hub as it’s less stress, less time in transit and a better guarantee on arrival time. But weather permitting we can also ship right to your door! After completed delivery, buyer will have two hours to report any shipping related issues, or concerns with the animal.
Refunds are on a case to case basis and are NOT guaranteed/promised after live arrival guarantee window. If you change your mind after receiving the animal you will have two hours to contact us after accepting the animal - to which we have the right to refuse returns. If returns are accepted, return shipping is paid for on behalf of the buyer. Which means we will send you the quote of shipping, we will then email you a label and packaging instructions after quote is paid. All shipping materials needed for a return if accepted will be at the cost of the buyer. If a deposit was placed to hold the animal, it will not be refunded. Refund will be issued when we receive the animal and it is alive on arrival back to us. DOA returns due to improper packaging outside of the guided parameters on behalf of seller and shipping company used, upon return the buyer will forfeit the right to receive their money back. (IE- you ship the animal in the box not contained in bag or container or ship improperly after the guidance from us or shipping company) in accordance to shipping policy - even if animal arrived alive and we note negligence to adhere to shipping policy, we have the right to deny refunds for this reason. REMEMBER! That it is a live animal and deserves to be treated with upmost respect and care, shipping is a lot of stress to them, and can impact their lives greatly - it is not a toy or something that can be replaced if you don’t like your first interaction with it. Upon arrival we will unbox the animal on video after pick up to confirm the legitimacy of our claims.
Payment plans are always available! Payment plans are case by case, just message us. Deposits to hold an animal are $30.00 down and NOT refundable, deposits are applied to the sale price of the animal.
All deposits or payments made that go beyond 30 days with no communication or cancellation notice to us - or any other attempts to contact to seller without due notice will NOT be refunded. You will have 30 days on a completed payment to communicate with us on a good safe time to ship before purchased animal and payment is forfeited back to us and listed again: Unless other agreements or conditions were previously discussed. If buyer does not communicate with us after any and all payments for 30 days, animal will be back up for sale to public, and applied payments will not be refunded as it will be considered a paid and left, although we will credit you those payments on a future purchase by subtracting it from the cost of newly purchased animal. (WE WILL MAKE MANY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT YOU!! As their is no reason to avoid us if you change your mind or can’t make payments it’s not a big deal and we will work out the issues at hand! Don’t leave the animal and your money behind!)
We will email you a copy of these police’s and agreed terms for your records and ours, which by first deposit or payment will be a shared agreement by seller and buyer.
Some animals do take time to settle into their new home, any question about husbandry or care, we encourage you to ask! Even if you’re not a customer, we will always help if we can.
