Store Policy
A £20 (or 20% on orders over £100) non-refundable deposit will hold for a period of no longer than 3 weeks. No full payment after this time will result in resale of the reptile.
Full payment must be made at least 72 hours before any courier collection.
It is the buyers responsibility to obtain quotes from my recommended list of couriers, and organise the courier for delivery, at the buyers expense.
Neither myself, or the courier will be responsible for the unlikely event of a gecko dropping its tail during transit.
Payment to be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
Proof of set up will be required for all reptiles. I'm happy to answer any questions
