I grew up loving animals and got into reptiles. Currently own crested geckos, leopard geckos and wester hognose.
Store Policy
Deposits-
On animals are not refundable but can go towards another gecko if you change your mind on which one you want. If you pay full price for the animal you have 2 weeks from the full payment to send me the shipping info and set up a date to ship. If we are unable due to weather issues I will hold it till its able to ship. If you go over 2 weeks without shipping it money will not be refunded and gecko will be resold due to any accidents that can happen while me holding the gecko.
Purchases-
Will be be shipped overnight on a agreed date. Once shipped if the package is delayed or mishandled that would be on the shipping company unless it was my direct fault either messed up the address or did something wrong. If you want me to insure shipping ask during purchase.
DOA-
If animals arrives DOA make sure you have a video unboxing it and pictures of the animal. If insured will refund money, if its due to me messing up shipping will also refund money. Animal must be picked up as soon as it arrives. If animal is not picked up ASAP within 4hr of it arriving then the buyer is responsible for the wellbeing of the animal.
