Store Policy
Our snakes are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed. Due to the complexity of the new combinations we can not guarantee CoDom genes. With the experience we have gained over the years we do our best to be 100% accurate. Genders are always guaranteed.
If you are not happy with the snake you have received you must notify Oregon Exotic Balls within 48 hours for a refund.
All holds require 25% non refundable deposit and payment plans can be made available based on price of snake above $500.
Refunds will be given as store credit only.
Payment must be made in full before the snake is shipped.
Snakes will be shipped Tuesday – Wednesday via Ship Your Reptiles for next day delivery hub to hub only. Arrival time is 10:30 am the next day as long as no problems with FedEx. If for some reason you are unable to pick animal up from the FedEx hub before 11am, the live arrival guarantee is no longer in effect. If the snake is dead on arrival, they must be reported to us within 2 hours of arrival. Video of the dead snake will be required before refund or replacement is issued.
Shipping is available for the continental United States only at this time. Shipping cost is based on zip code, size and weight of the box with snake. We guarantee live arrival between 40 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. We follow shipping guidelines for Ship Your Reptiles if it advises against shipping we will communicate to you next safest available date.
