Here at Off the Wall Exotics we strive for excellent customer service long after the sale. Producing quality animals that are out of this world. I've been keeping and breeding reptiles since I was 13, and I’m now 33. I started with breeding Leopard geckos, and worked my way to where i am with Ball pythons, arachnids/arthropods. I specialize in rearing Florida legal insects such as Blaberus discoidalis (discoid roach) Phoetalia pallida (Pallid roach) and Bombyx mori (Silkworms)
Store Policy
Payment methods:
Payment must be received in full before shipment, or delivery of any animals.
We accept most common forms of payment, including: Paypal (Friends and family), Venmo, Cash app, Zelle, and card payments using Invoice by Square.
Payment Plans are welcomed, but offered on a case by case basis. Arrangments start with a 20% non-refundable deposit, and extend 30-60 days, depending on the value of the animal. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest.
Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyers failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent.
Shipping:
The same persons name who paid for the animal(s) must be the one picking up from the FedEx Hub. This is to avoid any scams being ran on the seller.
I ship Tuesday, and Wednesdays as weather allows. Animals won’t be dropped off until the end of the day (7pm) for the safety of the animal. ALL Reptiles, and amphibians are shipped overnight via Fedex to the buyers nearest Fedex Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup. If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately or pickup within 2 hours of hub delivery, my live arrival and health guarantee(see below) is void. If you need a longer time limit it must be asked for, before making any purchases. Inverts and Isopods can be shipped via UPS, or FedEx. With the exception of Tarantulas.It really all comes down to the weather when choosing the shipping option. If your night time weather low is below 38- 40 degrees, i'll ONLY ship priority overnight for the safety of the animal(s).
Health Guarantee:
I offer a 100% live arrival, and health guarantee when shipped to your nearest Fedex Hub. Any illness, or death must be reported within the first couple hours or the arrival to qualify for a full refund, or replacement. I’ll need to see video, and pictures for a replacement or refund. For an Issue(s)arising after this window, but within the first 7 days of receipt may be considered for a full, or partial refunds, credits, or replacements on a case by case basis. Wholesale Policy
Wholesale pricing is available on any Tarantula listed. When purchasing 30 or more Tarantulas. Shipping is to be covered by the buyer.
Health Guarantee:
I guarantee any Tarantulas that leave my facility are healthy, and will arrive to you in good health. If for any reason you suspect the T is not doing well, it must be reported to me within 24 hours of arrival. After 24 hours I must assume that the T is in good health, and your satisfied with your purchase, and our transaction is complete
