Store Policy
A 25% deposit is required to hold any animal and all deposits are non refundable unless it's in the unlikely event of me cancelling any sale, if that happens then I will refund the deposit and any other monies paid.
Payment plans may be available upon request for animals over £300 and must be mutually agreed.
Animals purchased via Auction must be paid for in full within 24hrs of winning the Auction, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
Reptile Courier available at buyers cost and arrangement.

Shipping available within the UK only, although shipping can be done through 3rd parties worldwide at the buyers own cost and arrangement.
I guarantee that any animal being delivered is the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stated
I guarantee the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown. Please be aware sometimes mistakes are made so please check the sex of the animal yourself on arrival and if you are unhappy you have 48hrs to raise concerns. In the case of a mis sexed animal a full refund will be given on return of the animal in question. Or store credit if preferred.
All weights are estimates unless stated otherwise. Best efforts are made to ensure the animal is empty when weighing but this is not always possible.
I guarantee that all animals are healthy when they leave me and must be checked by the courier when collected or by yourself if you are collecting.
ID OF MULTI-GENE ANIMALS
When hatching multi gene animals often times breeders will identify the combination of genes by making an educated guess based on past experience. In these cases the genetics can only be verified through actual breeding trials. All customers should understand the risk associated with purchasing an animal with a theoretical or presumptive ID. Sometimes the animal you end up with may prove to have a different genetic make up than anticipated. This could turn out to be good if the customer ends up with a new or extra genes. Or it could be bad if the customer ends up with less or an undesirable gene. Be sure to understand the difference between definitive and theoretical labels on animals you purchase. Ask about the parental stock that produced the offspring and consider the outcome carefully. The only guarantee that anyone can make regarding Theoretical IDs is mistakes will happen, presumptions will on occasion prove false. I can only guarantee that multi-gene animals with a “Theoretical ID” will be identified to the best of our ability and we will NEVER intentionally mislead or deceive a customer regarding the genetic make up of an animal.
