We are Oscar and Karen of OK Balls based in Lubbock, TX! We strive to produce quality ball pythons! We are a smaller breeder producing 40-60 clutches per year! We are happy to answer any questions you may have!
Store Policy
Payments-
We offer payments via square invoicing. Cash payment for local pick up is available.
Shipping-
Shipping is completed only Tuesday-Wednesday priority Fed Ex overnight to avoid delays. Shipping cost is based off of zip code, please contact us for a shipping quote.
We can ship anywhere in the continental 48 states. Weather allowing! In the event weather is not safe for the animal, hub pick up or waiting for better temperatures may be the only option. We will discuss weather and shipping during the process.
Live arrival guarantee-
For live arrival guarantee someone must be home on the first delivery attempt, failure to receive the animal on the first attempt voids live arrival guarantee. In the event of a DOA, we must be notified with in 1 hour of the delivery. Time starts based on Fed Ex time stamps along delivery. Please provide pictures of the condition of the box, pictures of the animal, and pictures of the inside of the box.
24-Hour Arrival. Reptiles sold by Okballs are guaranteed to be healthy, eating, and shedding well under our care.
Check your animal over well upon arrival. If you notice anything wrong with your animal, please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival, We will assume you are content with the animal and I no longer have responsibility over it.
Without proof of correct set up, correct temps, proper living situation to our standards - the health of the reptile is out of my control after a certain amount of time
If shipping is being picked up from the hub, pick up must be completed with in two hours of notification of arrival or live arrival guarantee is invalid. Time starts once notification of delivery ready for pick up at Fed ex.
Sex guarantee-
We guarantee to have correctly sexed the animal you have purchased. In the event we make a mistake, we will, at buyers choice, refund the difference of price, or if available replace with the correct animal, or refund the purchase once the animal has been returned.
Payment plans-
We do offer payment plans, 30 days on purchases over $300 Payment plans are secured with a 25% non refundable deposit.
State & Federal Laws:
We will not knowingly ship any animal(s) in violation of State and/or Federal Laws. Buyer is responsible for knowing their own local and state laws before purchasing.
8.25% sales tax will be added to all orders in Texas.
