Store Policy
We will not sell to anyone under the age of 18 years old (no exceptions).
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, properly sexed, and represented as close to reality as possible.
Any 100% het animals produced are guaranteed and will come with photo documentation and identification paperwork. This guarantee is good for the life of the animal, as long as original paperwork is possessed.
We guarantee the health of the animal for 24 hours after it is in the possession of the buyer.
We accept payments through Paypal only at this time.
Payment must be made in full before the animal is shipped.
Shipping is available for the continental United States only at this time. Animals will be shipped Monday – Wednesday via Ship Your Reptiles. We guarantee live arrival between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. If you are not present at the first delivery attempt or do not pick up from the FedEx hub before 11AM, the live arrival guarantee and 24 hour health guarantee is no longer in effect.
If the animal is dead on arrival, they must be reported to us within 2 hours of arrival. Video of the dead animal will be required before refund or replacement is issued.
We reserve the right to refuse business from anyone whom we do not see fit to take proper care of the animal.
