Welcome! I am a Navy Veterans (GM3)-CRS8 Newport, RI a Husband, a Dad, an architect and someone who is a small time reptile breeder who has been passionate about reptiles my whole life.

I started breeding Ball Pythons and have been since 2008. I also have experience with larger boas retics and lizards.
Store Policy
GENERAL POLICY
KSOreptiles guarantees animals to be in perfect health upon arrival. Your snake will arrive at the weight advertised, will be the snake pictured, and will present no physical signs of illness. If properly cared for, KSOreptiles animals will do excellent for you. As per industry standard, It is assumed by the buyer that multiple gene ball pythons are given theoretical gene identifications. All identifications are labeled with the utmost honesty and judgement based on experience and professionalism. KSOreptiles guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.

Payment Plans are available on a case to case basis. A value of greater than $1000 is required (multiple animals are included). A 33% deposit is required for payment plans and is non refundable. Prices subjective to change until deposit of animal/s is made. Animals will be on hold only when the down payment is received. If a payment plan falls into delinquency, the seller forfeits all funds contributed towards the purchase of the animal. Relinquished funds paid over the 33% down payment can be transferred over to store credit and applied to a future purchase.
SHIPPING
KSOreptiles offers local pick-up/overnight shipping through ShipYourReptiles, and Redline Shipping. Buyer pays full shipping unless otherwise specified. Next day shipping available via FedEx. All deliveries to a private residence must be signed for. Live arrival guaranteed only if shipped to a FedEx Hub. In the event of a D.O.A., (Dead On Arrival) notification must be given to KSOreptiles within 20 minutes post delivery time stamp, via text/email and must include a video of the deceased animal (belly up and head upside down). FedEx hub pickups must be retrieved within 3 hours of arrival. Failure to do so could void the live arrival/health guarantee. Please note that KSOreptiles is NOT responsible for carrier delays and cannot extend live arrival guarantees if the shipment is delayed or mishandled by the shipper (FedEx).
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Sales are non refundable and all sales are final.
If you are unsatisfied upon the finalization of a transaction with KSOreptiles, an amicable resolution will be a top priority. Customer satisfaction is and will always be a top priority.
