•Payment plans with 25% NON refundable deposit sent friends/family through PayPal. If you fault on a payment plan. Which includes changing your mind. You may transfer any extra payments towards the original animal to a new animal within a 2 week time frame. This does NOT include the deposit. If the new animal has a higher balance there is no option for a payment plan, the total must be paid for within that 2 week time frame.

The only time a cash refund of any type on a faulty payment plan will be made is if we do not have any other available animals at the time.

Deposits are NOT refundable or transferable, no matter the circumstances.

30 day plans $300-499
60 day plans $500-999
90 day plans $1000 and up

We use Ship Your Reptiles to ship all animals. ALL of their guidelines must be met before shipping will happen to avoid cancelling the insurance we place on all packages. Pickup at the nearest hub to you is preferred and is required for shipping to happen when temperatures are over 85° on the receiving end. We only ship out Monday-Wednesday for next day arrival.
Refunds on any animal(s) are not available because of possible delays in shipping due to the weather. We will gladly hold the animal(s) until it is safe to ship.

We guarantee sex, health, and genetics of all animals. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and no longer take responsibility for them

We insure all packages, so if there is a DOA and you receive the package on the first attempt at delivery, it will be covered. Delays in shipping are out of our control. They happen. Please be understanding and flexible with them.

By putting a deposit down OR purchasing any animal or animals you are agreeing to our TOS.
