Store Policy
I guarantee that my animals will arrive healthy and have been feeding well. Please email or call us within 24 hours of delivery if your animal arrives in a less than perfect state ([email protected]/(240) 580-9150). I guarantee sex and genetics unless otherwise clearly stated in an animal’s description. Shipping cost will depend on location and buyers will pay the actual cost of shipping. Our payment plan is as follows and is only available on animals priced at $400 or more: 25% non-refundable deposit with full payment due within 60 days. Animals will not be shipped until the full amount and shipping costs are paid. Animals are available for local pickup, but no meeting will be arranged until an animal’s balance is paid in full electronically. I do not conduct face to face cash transactions outside of reptile shows. **UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED OTHERWISE, NO ANIMAL WILL BE HELD OR RESERVED UNTIL A PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE** Must collect sales tax for purchases shipped within Maryland or picked up locally.
