-Payments
Our Preferred Payment Method is PAYPAL via Invoice, but we also accept all Major Credit Cards through Square via Invoice.

-Payment Plans
We do offer a payment plan option with a Non-refundable 20% deposit, on all purchases. Plans are limited to 30/60/90 days unless otherwise discussed. Please contact us to discuss plan options prior to making your purchase.

-Shipping
Shipping is a Flat $55 fee (unlimited animals) per purchase. We ship every Tuesday via FedEx Priority Overnight service for arrival on Wednesday by 12pm.

***GUARANTEES***
All purchases come with our 100% Purchase Price or Replacement Animal of Equal Value Refund under the following Guarantees.
-Live arrival Guarantee- We guarantee Live Arrival when temps are above 32 degrees or below 90 degrees in both the shipping and receiving state. In the unfortunate case of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), Photographic, Date, and Time Evidence will be required.
-Sex Guarantee- If an animal is found to be Sexed incorrectly, this guarantee will require the animal being returned to us alive and in good health before issuing a refund or replacement.
-Genetics Guarantee- If the Genetics of an animal are found to be incorrect, this guarantee will require the animal being returned to us alive and in good health before issuing a refund or replacement.
-Health Guarantee- All animals come with a 30 day Health Guarantee. Photographic, Date, and Time Evidence will be required as well as a Veterinarian Health Check.
