Formally known as P3EXOTICS. I am a hobbyist and enjoy creating and developing beautiful snakes Crestys, leos, day geckos and a few others. I have been now breeding for 6 yrs. Have learned quite a bit from some really great mentors and continue to learn. I will be opening g a Retail space hopefully Jan 2023.
Store Policy
TOS additional charge applied for signature. 6.95 and all shippments to your local hub only at this time or tos is voided and buyer takes full responsibility if shipped to no hub location. Temperatures for shipping no lower then 45 f no higher then 90 f. Again buyer takes all responsibilities and forgoes tos.
P3EXOTICS Terms and Conditions
We at P3EXOTICS want first and foremost that our animals are healthy and our customers are happy. We have written out our terms below to best protect buyer, seller, and animal(s). If you have any questions or need any clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Payment:
* All sales final, unless there is a confirmed problem with the health of the animal(s) (see health guarantee section).
* Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase.
* Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. This will be geared more tword locals.
* Any DEPOSIT(S) made toward the total purchase price of the animal(s) are NONREFUNDABLE.
* By making this purchase, buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age.
* We accept PayPal and cash-in-hand only. Please note PayPal allows buyers to use other methods of payment for our invoices, including venmo, cash app and paypal any fee will ne paid by buyer.
Shipping:
* Animals can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States where the species is legal to own. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the morph you are purchasing is legal to own in your state. Some states make require an import permit and it is also the buyers responsibility to make sure if your state requires an import permit that you have said permit and that it is provided at the time of sale.
* Animals are shipped overnight in strict compliance with SYR, REPTILES2YOU, Fedex, etc. their shipping guidelines when weather conditions permit at both sending and receiving locations. Until then, we will continue feeding and otherwise caring for your animal(s).
* International shipping is not available.
* When shipping to a FedEx Hub, it is strongly recommended that the hub be contacted prior to shipping to ensure the location will accept packages containing live animals.
* Driver released packages are not eligible for refunds. You must be home to receive your shipment.
* If there is any problem, please notify P3EXOTICS as soon as possible. Health Guarantees:
* All animals sold were produced by P3EXOTICS unless explicitly stated otherwise.
* If there is *any* health concern, please notify P3EXOTICS immediately.
* Courtesy two week (14 day) health guarantee included, beginning the date of shipment. This Excludes Non Eaters that are normally sold at a lesser rate.
* Animals listed for sale have had a minimum of six (6) consecutive meals unless otherwise stated.
* We reserve the right to refuse guarantees due to poor husbandry and/or insufficient evidence. We strongly recommend documenting your animal’s condition with photos and keeping weight, feeding, and shed records.
* We strongly urge any new animals (from us or otherwise) go through a minimum 30-day period of quarantine in a new environment. Failure to quarantine may void health guarantee.
Sex Guarantees:
* Our snakes are gender checked via “popping” or "Probed" and is very likely to be %100 if there are any questionable snakes we mark them as unsexed or a probable "M" "F" and May be offered at a lesser Rate.
* While multiple efforts are in place to assure our animals are the gender stated, if you have any concern they are not as advertised pleased let us know immediately and we will work with you. We may require professional documentation of the actual sex of the snake.
Returns:
* Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are NOT guaranteed.
* If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt.
* Buyer pays all return shipping fees as well as any shipping fees for replacement corn snakes)
* Arrangements for a replacement or refund will be made AFTER the animal arrives back at P3EXOTICS.
