Store Policy
- We do offer a payment plan for 30 days with a 25% non-refundable deposit as well as 60 days with a 35% non-refundable deposit.All deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your payment plan and have paid over the 25%, I will return only what is paid over the 25% deposit value.
- Once payment is received in full, I and the buyer will coordinate the best date for delivery. I only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesday. If Tuesday falls after a Monday Holiday, I will only ship on Wednesday that week. Temps will also need to be safe at sellers location as well as buyers location. If it is too hot or too cold, I will hold the animal and continue to care for it as if it still belonged to me until weather is safe.
- I guarantee that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
- I require to hear from buyer within the hour of picking up or receiving purchased animal.
- All genetics are accurate unless otherwise stated.
- Buyer bears a responsibility to know and recognize traits they intend to purchase, including asking for more pictures and lineage information as needed.
- I guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown or not certain.
- I guarantee the animal will be shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations.
- I am not responsible for animal temperament.
