Pantheon Reptiles prioritizes quality over quantity. I only breed small amounts of animals so I can assure you are getting the highest quality genetics and healthiest animal possible.
Store Policy
Payment methods: We accept most common forms of payment, including: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Payment plans: These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 25% deposit and the balance within 30-60 days. Please inquire about plan that is specific this animal. Deposits & payments are non-refundable, all sales are final.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival. I do not guarantee against late or errors made by FedEx. All pickups must be made within 2 hours of arrival for any guarantees to be honored
All health issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the animal in question.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2. If Seller goes 14 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
3. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
4. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS’s rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 2 hours of hub delivery.
8. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
9. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament..
Genetics Guarantee: Recessive / Het Genes & correct sex are always fully guaranteed
Payment Plan policy (expanded)
For animals less than $500 payment plans are offered on a case by case basis.
For animals $500 - $999 a payment plan of 30 days is available with a 25% deposit.
For animals $1000+ a payment plan of 60 days is available for 60 days.
If you cannot meet the deadlines of 30 or 60 days a 30 day extension can be granted with a maintenance fee of $20. (Holds due to the inability to ship do not have a maintenance fee ex. Winter holds)
Deposits are non-refundable.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
