*Note that your failure to read our terms and conditions, whether intentional or accidental, will under no circumstances be a reason to consider them altered or void.
We ship anywhere in the USA. CURRENTLY ONLY SHIPPING TO FEDEX HUBS! Animals are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We do not ship during extreme temperatures (below 38°f or above 90°f) and are happy to hold your gecko with full payment until there is proper shipping weather.
Local pick up is also available, we will be happy to meet in public place.
Upon purchasing an animal from Paradise Cresties it is understood that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
** Once a purchase is made, refunds will not be offered but the amount paid could be used towards the purchase of another gecko.**
We accept 30 day payment plans on geckos over $250. The geckos will be held for a non-refundable 25% down. We will not place geckos on hold without a deposit. Payments can be made with PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or CashApp.
Deposit is forfeited if payments aren't made on or before the 30 days or arrangement date. We will not send reminders of payments due. Please make sure to pay your balance in time so you don't forfeit your deposit. Our animals unless proven do not come with a sex guarantee. If we know the lineage, the weight and the gender of a gecko, it will be in the description. We try to pore check the animals before purchase, but will not re-check again the animals that are on payment plan, or paid but waiting to be shipped or exported. The prices posted do not include shipping. LIVE ARRIVAL/SEVEN DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE: We offer a live arrival and 7 day health guarantee if the following criteria is met: You should contact us no later than 30 minutes from the time your gecko was delivered. Dropped tails during shipping are not covered by our guarantee and we will not take responsibility for this, as that is out of our control. In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA we will require video and photographic evidence within one hour of arrival. Additionally, if you have any concerns about the health of the animal within the first 7 days you must contact us so that we may help you identify and resolve the issue. Failure to do so will void the health guarantee. You will be asked questions about your husbandry – please do not take offense at this.
REPLACEMENT ANIMAL: If all of the above criteria is met and you qualify under our health guarantee we will replace the animal with a comparable animal from our available stock if one is available or we will issue credit toward a future purchase. You will be responsible for courier costs for the replacement animal. We do not issue cash refunds.
NOT COVERED BY OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE: Conditions that result from poor husbandry, dehydration, tail loss, choking/impaction from substrate or feeder insects that were too large, burns, and injury resulting from accidents or overheating.
THE SEX OF THE GECKO - is not guaranteed under 20-25 grams. We will let you know if we see or don't see pores but that will not guarantee the sex of any gecko under 20 to 25 grams.
We want to ensure that all geckos are going to good homes where they will be cared for in the best possible way. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone. We will not sell a gecko to people under the age of 18 without parental consent.
We accurately represent each individual gecko and we do not edit the photos. All our pictures are taken outside in natural daylight avoiding direct sun or color reflections.
When you purchase our geckos you can expect to receive:
- Healthy and tame geckos that look comparable to the pictures in the ad. We will never use photos that will create an unrealistic expectation of the animal.
- Pedigree with birth date and lineage up to 4 generations where known
- Lifetime support for all your questions regarding your new geckos

Wholesale Policy
All wholesale orders must have a minimum of 5 animals purchased, no single animals at wholesale price. Wholesale orders still have our live guarantee arrival, any issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery/ picking up. There will be no discounted/ free shipping rates on wholesale orders. Wholesale geckos do not qualify for payment plans and must be paid in full. Shipping is a flat $125 for up to 15 geckos. Please inquire about other geckos available for wholesale that may not be listed.
