We are dedicated to providing you an excellent experience when purchasing a snake from us, please do not hesitate to ask any questions about our animals, our policy, or anything else.
Live arrival guaranteed. We only ship to FedEx Hubs on Tues-Weds, with pickup being the following morning (W-T). We will choose a time and date that works best for you before shipping; you are responsible for picking up the package within 2 hours of the discussed delivery time. If the animal arrives injured, or deceased, the buyer must provide timestamped proof within 2 hours of delivery time. If the buyer does not pick up the reptile and ensure its health within the two-hour window, they forgo the live animal guarantee, and any subsequent refund pertaining to the animals health.
We will hold an animal for a non-refundable 10% deposit until they are ready to ship, or until 14 days; whichever is longest.
Hatchlings will only be sold as established feeders on unscented, f/t mice; unless otherwise stated. Hatchlings may be posted for sale before they are established feeders with the option for holding with a deposit, but will not be sold until ready to ship.
We will only ship to states that you are able to legally own a Western Hognose snake. We will ship to permit-required states with proof of permit.
