Store Policy
Animals will not be released until 8 weeks old and weigh either 25g for geckos or 120g for snakes.
Please do not be offended when I ask questions about how you intend to keep my animals and your choice of setup.
25% non refundable deposit to secure animals under £100
20% non refundable deposit to secure animals £100+
Balance paid on collection or before shipping.
Payment plans available on animals over £250
Reptile courier can be arranged via our Reptile courier service. Our couriers carry full DEFRA licence to transport our animals in a safe and secure way.
Video can be sent to you the day before shipping confirming health and condition of the animal purchased. Parents can also be included.
Orders can be cancelled upto 1 week before shipping date but £20 charge will be deducted from refunded deposit as this is courier policy.
You are welcome to collect in person to see the animal yourself. You will be asked to sanitise hands before entering the reptile room. Your own courier can also be arranged providing a date has been agreed by us beforehand.
