I have owned Reptiles of different varieties my entire life. I got out of the hobby when my daughter was born in 2009 and in 2018 started back up with Ball pythons. It is a family business/ hobby to us and an awesome way my daughter and I bond. All of our snakes receive the best quality care and I take great pride in the condition of our snakes and enclosures. We are currently in to several different projects and are always looking to the future as we continue to grow and invest in top quality genetics from top quality breeders. Store Policy
Payment methods:
We accept CashApp, Cash, Credit cards via Square, Zelle, and money orders / certified checks.
Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. Typical arrangements start with a 25% non-refundable deposit and extend 30-90 days, depending on the value of the animal. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest.
Shipping:
We ship Tuesday-Wednesday as weather allows. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery may be made if there is no such location within reasonable driving distance (≤ 1 hour) of the buyer.
If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 4 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void.
Heath Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. A DOA (dead on arrival) MUST be reported within 1 hour of FedEx time stamp for pick-up with a Video for proof. Please plan unboxing accordingly!
Genetics Guarantee:
All recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) are fully guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing. If you have any doubts, ask before purchasing.
Sex Guarantee:
Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We check the sex of each animal multiple times before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us of discrepancies between the listing and the animal within 7 days for resolution.
Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable/transferable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent.
The success of our animals is our #1 priority. We are happy to offer guidance for any and all troubles you encounter over the animal's life. Please do not hesitate to contact the me for troubleshooting and advice!
