Store Policy
Show Delivery: We can deliver any purchased animal to our local West Virginia Reptile Expo! Note: Animal must be paid in full prior to delivery same as shipping.
PAYMENT: Payment plans available for purchases over 500.00 with 25%-50% non refundable deposit. Length of plan may be discussed depending on purchase price but we are fflexible. All Deposits are non refundable. Credits may be issued at our discretion towards another animal if need be.
After two or more missed payments and failed communication (IE buyer not responding to messages) any payment plan will then be considered violated. Any sale prices or discounts will be null and void. Please realize we are very understanding but don't leave us hanging with no contact.
Payment must be received in full before shipment of any animals. We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards, PayPal (F&F only), personal checks, wire transfers, money orders, Venmo.
SHIPPING
Our animals are shipped through Ship Your Reptiles and Reptiles 2 You Wednesday and Thursday delivery. Live arrival guaranteed if shipped to hub on those days. In cases of a DOA we must be notified within 1 hour of delivery. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment. Buyer must be present on day of delivery.
*** SHIPPING NOTICE**** We will do absolutely everything in our power to assure safe arrival and in doing so all animals will be shipped to a Hub near you with insurance. Buyers MUST pick up animals from hubs within 2 hours of them being made available for pickup. If buyer fails to do so any and all guarantees are null and void.. Please understand that the safety of our animals is our number 1 priority.
